Leadership Learning Library is an essential resource designed to support your growth. Before our first session, please complete the Readiness Inventory, which assesses your leadership preparedness, and the Leadership Inventory, a tool to reflect on your strengths and areas for growth. These inventories provide valuable insights to guide our sessions. Throughout coaching, we’ll work through key phases of leadership development—realizing potential, releasing limiting beliefs, rejuvenating, restoring, and reinventing your leadership style.
In addition to the core assessments, the Cardinal Point Leadership Learning Library offers a range of coaching exercises designed to deepen your leadership growth. These exercises, such as the Positive Internal Dialogue, Anchoring Exercise, and Do the Opposite, are strategically integrated into each phase of coaching to help you build trust, enhance communication, and develop emotional intelligence.
