    The Deep Dive™

This is the complete read. The DISC shows how the athlete shows up — communication, coachability, how they carry themselves under pressure. The Caliper shows what's driving all of it underneath — twenty-one validated traits, the same instrument used across professional sports and Fortune 500 leadership. Alone, each tells you something true. Together, they explain the athlete.

And here's what years of running both instruments with high-level leaders — and athletes — has taught me: the good stuff trickles out between the two profiles. Sometimes they reinforce each other, and that's its own signal: a high-D style sitting on top of off-the-chart Caliper aggressiveness isn't a kid with an attitude, it's a kid running one engine with no governor — and now we know exactly what to build. But the real gold is in the discrepancies. The athlete whose DISC reads steady, patient, team-first — while the Caliper underneath shows low empathy. That's not a contradiction; that's a young person working hard to show up as something their wiring doesn't hand them for free — and they usually don't know they're doing it, or what it's costing them. One profile alone would miss it entirely. When we find a gap like that and name it together, that's where the change happens. I've watched it in boardrooms and locker rooms alike.

We take it in three phases, because this much self-knowledge shouldn't arrive all at once. Phase one: the DISC and its debrief — language for their style they can use in the locker room tomorrow. Phase two: the Caliper and its debrief — underneath the behavior to the wiring. Phase three: the integration session — both profiles side by side, the patterns and the gaps named, connected into one game plan, with a parent or coach conversation included. The athlete keeps everything: both profiles and an integrated written summary, theirs for life — and a baseline to return to years from now, when the question is a career instead of a starting spot.

From $950 — parent or coach conversation included.
