    The Season: Team™

I've loved the 2004 Detroit Pistons my whole adult life. No superstar. Not one future first-ballot Hall of Famer in his prime. And they dismantled a Lakers roster carrying four of them — because five players who understood themselves and each other beat five bigger names who didn't.

Everyone knew their role, accepted it, and played it at full energy — and a team that looked ordinary on paper became one of the great teams of a generation. That's alignment. And it isn't luck: it's what happens when a roster actually understands how each of its people is built.

    Two ways to run it:

    The Kickoff — Pre-season only.
Before the first practice, I come to you. DISC profile for every team member, an individual debrief with each athlete, and a coach debrief with a full team compare map: who will clash, who will click, where communication will break down under pressure, and why. Your team starts the season already knowing what most rosters spend half a schedule figuring out.

The Full Season — Pre, mid, and post.
Everything in The Kickoff — plus a mid-season check-in with the full team and coach, recalibrating the map against what the season is actually revealing, and a post-season check-out: what the team learned about itself, and what each athlete carries forward. First whistle to final buzzer, and the lessons after.

Contact for pricing — scoped to roster size, location, and season length.
